POWER CABLE WIRING:
Step 1: Install a fuse customer supplied fuse rated for 125% of the circuit load to the end of the red, 12 AWG wire of the wire harness assembly. Do not use a circuit breaker or fusible link. Do not insert the fuse until the opposite end of the fuse holder is connected to the vehicle battery.
Step 2: Connect the opposite end of the fuse to the 12v+ terminal of the battery. Do not use more than 1 foot of wire between the fuse and the battery terminal to ensure wire protection.
Step 3: Connect the Black, 12 AWG wire to the vehicle chassis ground.
Step 4: Connect the function wires to switches, depending on the functions needed for applications.
Step 5: If all of your wiring is correct, controller working properly, and the fuse is not blown yet the GPL is not functioning properly, please contact Feniex Technical Support for assistance (1-800-615-8350).
