POWER CABLE WIRING:
Step 1: Install a fuse customer supplied fuse rated for 125% of the circuit load to the end of the red, 12 AWG wire of the wire harness assembly. Do not use a circuit breaker or fusible link. Do not insert the fuse until the opposite end of the fuse holder is connected to the vehicle battery.
Step 2: Connect the opposite end of the fuse to the 12v+ terminal of the battery. Do not use more than 1 foot of wire between the fuse and the battery terminal to ensure wire protection.
Step 3: Connect the Black, 12 AWG wire to the vehicle chassis ground.
Step 4: Connect the function wires to switches, depending on the functions needed for applications.
Step 5: If all of your wiring is correct, controller working properly, and the fuse is not blown yet the Fusion 60" Light bar is not functioning properly, please contact Feniex Technical Support for assistance (1-800-615-8350).
