Initial Set Up Steps:
1. Update Preferred Billing Method in My Feniex. (Checkout won't work without this step.)
2. Add items to cart, checkout, and it will redirect to My Feniex for payment.
3. The pricing will show as MAP pricing while you're choosing the items but the discount for your dealer level will show in your cart when you're going to check out.
